Message: Easy envelope payment, Great overnight spot Lost a star due to being in airport flight path and highway noise.

Message: This place is a good stop. We've been here 4 times now. Some people might look at it and pass it by because it has Falken into disrepair. No one takes care of this place as far as I can tell, but it is right where it is needed, and that's why we stop. It used to be $25 a night, but now it is $34. It has full hookups and level dirt sites. It also has trains(track very close), planes(airport), and automobiles (freeway) nearby. Lots of people living here full time. One guy doesn't even have wheels on his rig anymore. No one bothered us and there is always at least 1 spot open when we come.

Message: It’s not great looking when you pull in, but I thought it was ok for a quick overnight with hookups. I travel solo and thought it was ok safety wise.

Message: Less amenities and not as nice as the KOA but the price is right, payment and hookup is easy, and they do monthly rates.

Message: $375 per month including electric. Quiet spot, not a lot of people here. Can hear traffic but you barely notice it. Large spots and some with shade. There is a box with envelopes behind the title loans place where you pay. Also bonus, there's donkeys right next door.

Message: Great place for overnight, unfortunately there is no restrooms/shower, owner and manager are super nice. Depending on wind direction there can be a lot of air traffic overhead but we kinda enjoyed that. There is some freeway noise but we've been in places much worse. Unfortunately we seemed to be the only ones picking up after our dogs as there is quite a bit of droppings around. Google shows the little A-frame as the office but the self-service office is on the back of the title max building.
