La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Arlington South

Message: Good place if u need to sleep for a night. Pool was dirty and the floors where stained walking down the halls. the halls also reeked of marijuana really bad we were on the bottom floor. Idk if I'd be able to stay again just because of the smell it was very strong and upseted my stomach. The room was cleaned tho.

Message: Great location. You can walk to a number of places you may need short of a grocery store. It's a bit dated and not the best cared for on the exterior grounds. Could use some grass and watering in areas. Overall the hotel is dated a bit. circa 1990 but I still feel it's a good value and with a little renovation, could be a really nice place. TVs are on the smaller side, with no casting and limited streaming options. Fixtures are dated as well, but it looks like the property is under renovation, so perhaps these are on their way out. I've stayed here twice. and will probably do so again. Good value, great accessibility to the Parks Mall and restaurants. I feel it's a great stay for those who are going to be venturing out anyways.

Message: The room was ok at best. They were working out side our window and playing loud music. We couldn't hear our TV for about a hour. The breakfast was not good at all. The eggs or sausage wasn't done. Someone had a dog down the hall. Which woke me up at 730 in morning from barking and crying. We won't be staying there again! Bad place.

Message: 3-21-2023 The lobby is well decorated and updated. The room was very clean as well as the carpet. I did smell weed the minute I stepped off the elevator but that didn't bother me. My stay was nice I only had one complaint my remote would not work therefore I couldn't watch tv, good thing I came with my laptop and tablet. I went to ask for a replacement and was told there's wasn't any. The check in and out process was quick and easy. I would stay there again.

Message: Actually, the worst breakfast (both mornings) I have had at ANY La Quinta. Could definitely improve the quality of the breakfast. Eggs were overcooked; there was NO meat, although there is a dedicated section for that in the warming pan next to the egg. Off-brand products offered, such as the packaged oatmeal, etc. Milk/juice carafes missing ice sleeve inserts to maintain low temps.. especially for the milk that sits out for 3 hours. Microwave should be checked and cleaned often, 'blown-up'. food on the walls & ceiling. Tables in the eating area were dirty (from breakfast users). Never did see a dedicated breakfast person either morning, desk help would come over and 'look' at things.. onetime that person 'fixed' some eggs, because the ones in the serving pan were dried out.. Suggest that the Area Manager come and have breakfast.....
