Message: Great location for cowboys game or Texas rangers. Plenty of food walking distance and plenty of parking for your car. Lady at the reception was lovely and very helpful.. Room was basic clean. Shower didn’t have the best pressure but certainly did the trick. You smelt smoke and weed a lot from other rooms and the elevator was a bit slow.

Message: The location is superb! I went to go to a Dallas Cowboys game. I know some complain about the charge for parking during a game and unfortunately when a game is going on you will experience that anywhere near the stadium. And if getting there during check in time they will have the parking.. I got there after the game had just started but before check in and saw this, but Mario understood and in briefly speaking with him we came to an understanding, which I was plenty happy with since almost every hotel I have been to in entertainment districts or downtowns have a parking fee. So is Expected, I live in Houston TX and any event raises the parking fees or there is one naturally. I cannot express how much Mario's customer service made feel welcomed. Rooms are dated (only reason did not give a 5 star) but as clean as can be and view of stadium was awesome. Air worked fine and I got word renovations are coming! Can't Wait! Other staff which I did not get their names, sorry, were also great! greeted with a smile and very friendly attitude! I will be staying here again.
