Message: Nice and friendly staff, great location, and clean room. I did the precheck in online they requested so check in once we got here took all of a minute. The location is great with shopping, gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance.

Message: Our stay at the City View La Quinta is mixed - there were good things and negative issues both. Room was pretty and clean, wi-fi good, beds comfortable. There was a cold fridge and little coffee maker, the conveniences you would expect. The only negative things in room were: the water faucet in bathtub was extremely hard to turn - I almost thought I was going to have to call for help. But with muscle power I was finally able to turn the water on. Also - and this needs fixed - a towel holder was installed right behind the bathroom door, and a previous guest had rammed the door into it, making a big hole in the hollow door. Please fix. Please also address the stain on the door.. Folks at check-in and out were professional and friendly. Breakfast was not so great, sorry to say. Coffee was good, but could stand to be hotter. At 7:30 am there was only one yogurt container left. I didn't see any fresh fruit, though there were some bagels and breakfast meats. Juice was almost gone. My advice would be to replenish supplies for people who can't get there really early.. There are some issues with check-in and out. La Quinta sends out a Canary Technologies link to check in online, but it was impossible to do it because it requires a copy of your driver's license. And there definitely wasn't any way to upload it to the website! Then, when I went to check out, I requested the receipt to be emailed to me. It wasn't, and I had to call to request it. Then, when La Quinta sent me another Canary Technologies email to review my stay, it sent me to a check-in link! Please fix these issues. They are minor inconveniences, but need to be addressed.. Price of hotel was reasonable for during mid-week and location was great with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would stay here again, but in hopes that my constructive suggestions are taken.
