Message: Amazing customer service! I felt extremely welcome, they were ready to help me with all the questions I had. It’s a difficult situation to be in when your flight has been canceled several times but the entire team made it easier. They were so helpful. I’d like to thank Aza, Jasmine and Brandon for their amazing customer service. I would come back to this hotel just for them.

Message: I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn. My flight was landing in 11:00pm midnight and I was worried about the airport shuttle. Before picking up my package, I made a call to them and the receptionist was very patient and gave me a clear instruction to the door 105 and terminal C for taking shuttles. The driver arrived in 5 minutes after I take the sub way from terminal E to C. They are great staff and make my trip less concern of hotel. Good job!

Message: This hotel has been a nice spot for our annual Easter weekend visit. The king suite has been the best room by far. It has a door to separate the kids from the adults and both rooms have a TV. There's a fridge, microwave and sink in the other room. The front desk staff Arazel has been so helpful. I've asked for several things within the 1st couple of hours here and she's been so kind and helpful each time. Thanks for the hospitality! The kids enjoyed the fresh cookies as well.

Message: The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area were really nice. Hotel rooms are dated and need cosmetic renovations, but it was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Rooms were also very spacious. Parking was safe and well lit at night. Close to food options. I felt very comfortable being a solo traveler. I would stay again for 1 night if needed. However, due to it being so dated I wouldn't want to stay for a family trip or for longer than a night. I personally prefer a more updated room for longer stays.
