Message: Great for a weekend getaway. I was there this weekend and I got to enjoy the pool and river with my family. Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room, also the ice bag in the freezer was a plus!

Message: Great place to take the kids. They have a nice pool and easy access to the river. We also enjoyed playing on the sand volleyball court. And it’s 2 mins from Gruene.

Message: Just stayed last weekend with a family of 5. Rooms are nice and practical with the full sized fridge and kitchenette, we did have wifi in our room with all bars. Bathroom might need an update but water pressure was great and hot water was no problem. Easy walk to the river within the property and if you need food there are several options to choose. We were greeted with some complimentary sparkling water and beer, great touch. Will be coming back and definitely recommend.

Message: Found this place on maps. I have and heard of this place. When I visit New Braunfels. First time visiting and staying. Nice little lodge right next to river. Lodge had a small swimming pool, Plenty of picnic tables, recreation room, vending machine.

Message: Amazing spot on the banks of the tranquil Guadalupe river. Easy access to the river underneath the canopy of majestic bald cypress. trees. This location on the river is great for swimming and paddleboarding. Property also has a nice pool for the little ones. Very kid friendly property with larger rooms that have kitchenettes for midday snacks or family meals. Friendly and accomodating staff helped to make the stay memorable. We will be back.

Message: We stayed over Memorial Weekend in the loft Queen Suite. The room overall was good, but was missing some things, like potholders for the oven, drain stopper for the tub, knives, Ice trays, etc. We ran into the issues but the manager was eager to get them corrected for us. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the amenities.
